Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Earth Foundation is committed to transparency, ethical practices, and donor satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a donation or purchase.

1. Product Orders (Eco-Friendly Products)

a. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at forearthfoundation.org@gmail.com or through your user account (if available).

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

b. Refunds & Returns

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:

  • A replacement (if in stock), if not,

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

• We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Products used or not in their original condition

• Return shipping for damaged/defective items will be covered by us.

2. Donations

a. Non-Refundable Donations

• Donations made to For Earth Foundation are non-refundable, as they are used promptly for conservation initiatives.

• If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction.

b. Duplicate Transactions

• In case of accidental duplicate donations, please notify us immediately. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

3. Event Registrations & Campaign Contributions

• Contributions made toward fundraising events or campaigns are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us. In such cases, contributors will be informed of refund options.

4. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
